All products sold by BioMotion Labs are research chemicals intended EXCLUSIVELY for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. Products are NOT for human or animal use, consumption, or any form of bodily introduction. By placing an order, you acknowledge acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice included with all shipments.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the impossibility of verifying product integrity after delivery, BioMotion Labs does not accept returns of any products once shipped. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the research community.
Before Shipment: Order cancellations are accepted and will receive a full refund if requested before your order has shipped.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Refunds or replacements may be considered at the sole discretion of BioMotion Labs for the following situations only:

BioMotion Labs recognizes that exceptional situations may arise that fall outside the standard categories described above. In rare and extreme circumstances, we may consider refunds, exchanges, or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
Response Time: Due to the review process required, requests under this provision may take 7-14 business days for a determination.
No Guarantee: Submission of a request under this provision does not guarantee approval. The majority of requests are denied. This provision exists solely to allow flexibility in truly exceptional situations and should not be interpreted as an expansion of our standard return policy.
BioMotion Labs reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or verification before making any determination. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
To submit a claim for shipping damage, wrong item, missing item, or product quality concern:
Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and resolution is at the sole discretion of BioMotion Labs.

BioMotion Labs does not provide information regarding reconstitution, dosing, administration, or any use of products. We assume all customers are qualified researchers familiar with the products they purchase.

Any communication suggesting intended use inconsistent with laboratory research purposes will be answered with a Refusal of Service Notification, and no further assistance will be provided.
