Order a 3D Motionprint® Diagnostic Evaluation to assist physicians with relevant clinical information on underlying medical or non-medical issues that may be limiting rehabilitation progress, when:

  • Treatment stalls and anticipated medical progress has not been achieved.
  • Patient complaints increase or reports condition is getting worse.
  • Treating physician would seek additional diagnostic tests.

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

Order to assist with: safe and successful return to work and fitness-for-duty and determine the need for work restrictions as appropriate. Our process objectively measures areas such as - physical strength, range of motion, dynamic postural demands and functional activities. A skilled evaluator will use a battery of standardized tests and unique protocols designed to provide the information needed for safe and appropriately return-to-work.

For Vocational Rehabilitation, results will assist in developing return-to-work plans or alternative, modified or transitional employment options as well as determining the feasibility of work-focused rehabilitation.

Pre-Employment/Post-Offer/Fitness-for-Duty Evaluations

Under the American with Disabilities Act employers are permitted to ask applicants to demonstrate how they would perform the duties of the job for which they are being considered, with or without reasonable accommodation. Focusing questions on the ability to perform job functions as well as submitting to physical performance/fitness testing of essential job functions, strength or other criteria determined through a thorough job analysis will ensure you are hiring the best candidates capable of performing their duties. It is important to remember that this type of testing prior to a job offer is permitted as long as no medical information is gathered.
